Happy Birthday!

Today, my Dad turned 50! Gasp!

To celebrate, we hit the city.  It's always fun for me to have my family come in to visit, because seeing the city through their eyes always makes me feel like a tourist all over again.  This is quite the dichotomy, as we loudly bicker and point at things, bundled up far too extremely for the weather, taking obnoxious pictures, and walking SLLLOOOOOWWWWWLLLLLYYYYY, and usually in front of others.

For dinner, we visited Columbus Circle, and went into the Time Warner Center to find someplace to eat.

The restaraunt in which we ate, Landmarc, gave out delicious caramels for dessert, which my brothers were unfortunately allergic to.  So the lucky boys that they are, they each got bubble-gum flavored cotton candy.  To which my brothers loudly complained, 'it tastes like medicine!'  Oh no.  I think it's medicine that's supposed to taste like bubble gum...

And then, to top off a wonderful meal, we went to the Big Apple Circus!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!  And Happy Birthday to my Dad!

It's true! I think we just managed to go to two different restaurants that offer cotton candy as a dessert option!
